Be prepared when a pet needs you most! Our Pet CPR & First Aid certification class teaches you practical, hands-on skills to recognize and respond to common pet emergencies. You’ll learn how to assess an injured or ill pet, perform CPR and rescue breathing, respond to choking, bleeding, shock, heat-related emergencies, poisoning, seizures, and other urgent situations, as well as how to safely stabilize and transport a pet until veterinary care is available. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive a Pet CPR & First Aid Certification, giving you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to respond in an emergency and potentially help save a pet’s life. Classes are available for groups of 6 – 12 people as private, on-site training for veterinary practices, groomers, daycares, boarding facilities, rescues, trainers, pet professionals, and community groups.
